Hi,
So I was one of those that received the frankly terrible hub 4 instead of the contracted hub 5 but I have received the email to enable the swap but when I follow the link it kindly tells me that I’m not eligible for the swap - so posting here and hope a rep picks this up in day or 2 and can help me resolve this

If you intend to press for a Hub 5, order a 3rd party Router today !
