I recently upgraded to 1 Gig and was told I would be sent a Hub 5. I was therefore disappointed when a Hub 4 arrived. Calls to Customer Service to resolve the issue have been unsuccessful, but I was told that there is a form on the Virgin Media website to request a Hub 5. I can't see such a form anywhere. Anyone know how to find it?

Hub5 is still invitation only. No date available for full release.

Hey Chris22044, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry you got a Hub4 when you were expecting a Hub5.
As mentioned Hub5 is only on a invite request as of now, however the Hub4 is more that capable of handling a 1Gb speed.
There is also no form on the website and I am sorry you were told this.
How has your connection been since upgrading? Thanks

Yeah from 10AM - a lot of the live chat and teams are not aware of this, the communication within VM is shocking, but not surprising.
