I wouldn't say it was "resolved" however i have had no choice but to downgrade the package back to 600m. The £35 for the Hub 4 was credited as a good will and they have managed to get my bill down to £95 however manager has applied £4 rolling credit every month which makes it back to the original price of £91. I get to keep the Hub 4 which i'm happy about .... Just a shame i was miss sold a product which isn't for my area.

I would defiantly say the speed to the hub is slower than the minimum guaranteed speed as suggested. I am using an up to date PC with 1GB Network card along with a Cat6 cable. I have tried a Cat5 cable and no difference. I have done the same tests on different PC's (Alienware) along with nothing running in the background and no Anti-Virus installed etc.

It seems speed tests are a waste of time like whats the point in showing good on a speed test yet a download somewhere is slow.

I do wonder how the speed is done in hub 4 with realspeed and wonder if its a problem like how can speed test to hub be slower then to PC? seems odd...

Hi Stythinator

Thanks for posting.

The speeds we're sending to the router are fine as I've checked these.

Can you try using at Cat 6 cable if possible? Let me know how you get on 🙂

Best,

I'm confused as to why i only have 1 , 3.1 Channel ... Seems i have the Hub 4 which runs on the 3.1 network surely all my channels should be on it rather than just one? makes no sense .....
