Have just received my Hub 4 but there was no documentation at all in the box and no return instructions for the old kit. Do I need to return the Hub 3 or not?

Not just me then. I received my hub 4 and didn't have any info regarding shipping my HUB 3 back. Just had an email saying I still haven't returned my hub 3.
Any chance I can have a return pack sent out so I can send it back.

Returns can take around 10 days to be received scanned etc
