Have just received my Hub 4 but there was no documentation at all in the box and no return instructions for the old kit. Do I need to return the Hub 3 or not?

Thanks for the reply John. That assumes I have a return label to attach to the box unfortunately there was nothing in the Hub 4 delivery.

Same boat, nothing but hub4/power supply, no instructions.
Now an email telling me that I haven't returned my old hub. but nothing to say where to etc.

Despite Travis assuring me that a returns label would be sent to me nothing has arrived. I have now had a curt email asking when Virgin can collect there equipment. So I now have to wait in all day waiting for them this is such shoddy service it really makes me cross. I tried hard to do the right thing and the old hub is boxed up and ready to send and has been for over three weeks.
