Hub 4 upgrade due for delivery on 3/09/21 but still has not arrived
Hi, i was wondering if anybody could please assist me with this issue. I received an email saying I could upgrade to the hub 4, I then ordered this and got a delivery window for the 3rd of September. This has still not arrived with no update from Virgin media or Yodel. On my account, it says there is an order in progress and that it is due on the 3rd with no further updates.
