Hub 4 ip

Ok maybe a minor issue here but I can get into the settings on the router using 192.168.0.1 and 192.168.100.1

Re: Hub 4 ip

you should only be able to sign into the hub in modem mode using 192.168.100.1 as the 0.1 is reserved for router mode.

Re: Hub 4 ip

if that was maybe a typo, could press and hold the reset for a good 30+ seconds, during this time dont reboot the hub and see if can then get access

Re: Hub 4 ip

Ok having just reset the HUB its now back into router mode and guess what can now sign it to it using both 100.1 and 0.1 the ui is laggy as hell and the setting wont save first time. good thing is the heat is no longer a issue after load pop I had yesterday. my speed is the same 150mb so no change ther only getting 85% of the speed I should. I have no words of what a mess this new hub 4 is . I just pressed the modem mode button stated it was saving it failed and then pressed save again and it did it this time.

Re: Hub 4 ip

Their is nothing stopping VM having modem mode with 192.168.100.1 or 192.168.0.1 to access the hub if you think about it.

In router mode you can access the hub in 192.168.100.1 or 192.168.0.1.

Re: Hub 4 ip

It is when virgin media think the hub is only in router mode when its in fact in modem mode.
