I (like most of the UK) am having to work from Home today & I cannot gain remote access to my work server like I usually do.
The only recent change is my Hub 4 router.
I do not know what setting to change to allow my Dell SonicWall Net extender to run.
I have used a Hotspot from my phone to check if I can access the server that way & that works!
I have tried to call Virgin Media but the message states that the call centres are closed.
Any advice/help would be appreciated
It might be that your IP address is blocked.
If you are running the hub 4 in router mode, can you check again in modem mode? This will give you a new IP address. Make sure your PC has a good firewall first!
