Hub 4 - Red Light - No RF signal detected

Big issues with internet tonight and now have Red Light on my hub 4 with  No RF signal detected message when logging in and looking at status overview.

Went via faults check page, it says no issues, checks connections and rebooted but still nothing. It then run tests but doesn't seem to complete.

How am I meant to get this fixed?

In addition it also looks like both our TV boxes are not working - CS2004 error code

Service fault page has now been updated to say there is a problem in the area, small relief as it was quoting 7 days until an engineer could visit.
