Hello,
Received our Hub 4 today. Plugged it in, waited for it to boot up, an hour later still had a white flashing light. Unplugged it and tried again, same problem, reset it, same problem, unplugged absolutely everything, still white flashing light. It's been about 3 hours, anything else I am forgetting to do?
