Same for me. Just received my Hub4 with wrong adaptor cable. Why haven’t Virgin got a system implemented to stop this happening after 12 months.?? No answers from any Virgin representative I note. Bad customer service to say the least. Technician booked in for him to deliver correct adapter. Would think the technicians would have better things to do rather than be glorified delivery drivers.

The Question is Why are Virgin Media still sending these Hubs out with the wrong adapter in them.?? Mine is sorted now but the delay was very frustrating.

It’s probably because it’s a refurbished hub.
