Hi got a hub 3 yesterday but won’t connect
to connect app says can’t find hub also
says weak security on wi fi setting
What are the lights on the front of the hub doing ?
Dud you activate the hub by calling 0800 953 9500
The device using the connect app has too be connected to the hubs wireless, but it could also be caused by the first probem.
