Mods, please take a look. It's been happening for a few weeks. Speed and connection is otherwise fine.
I see various other reports of this but with inconsistent answers as to what is causing it.
Is it having a problem updating firmware? It is currently:
Hardware version : 11
Software version : 9.1.2208.100

Have you tried a 60 second factory pinhole reset as below;
Remove any ethernet cables from the Hub and hold the pinhole reset switch for 60 seconds. Do NOT reboot the Hub, just let it do it's thing. Note you will need the passwords from the bottom of the Hub afterwards, so make sure they are legible.
Just for completeness, my Hub 3 is Hardware 10 and Firmware 9.1.2109.200.
