Hub 3 rebooting and loosing connection

Last nights resultsLast nights results

The extended period _may_ be because i became tired of rebooting the hub.

It has been rebooting itself over the last week or so.

Channels 6 & 23 showing error counts i have not seen before.

Cable tightness has been checked, have not reset hub yet as it does recover, well except for those longer periods when it does not.

Re: Hub 3 rebooting and loosing connection

Actually didn't ask a question. So, since I don't recall the hub rebooting itself before is this a) down to the two high error rate channels triggering a restart or b) a sign that the hub itself is on the way out(this is a superhub3 btw).  I assume that since the errors are specific to two channels only unlikely to be cable damage and possibly indicating an issue with the street equipment.

Your Upstream power level is also too high and needs an engineer to fix, along with the noise as you have already pointed out.

Hi stuartjl

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. My apologies for the connection issues. It does indeed need a technician. I'll PM you now to arrange.

Re: Hub 3 rebooting and loosing connection

Engineer been, replaced a splitter, scanned connection and pronounced good to go.

We had a power cut for a couple of hours last night and only noticed this morning prior to the visit that 3 channels had disappeared from the list, now back.
