Hub 3 orange light

Hi all, just trying to set up new virgin kit. Virgin hub 3 goes through all the green Wi-Fi icons etc then displays orange light. Any ideas or do I need a new hub as I have seen a few people mention before. I have reset the box but no joy Thanks in advance.

If its red you have a faulty hub but orange is normal for older refurbished hubs

Thanks for that. It’s definitely orange but I’m not getting internet and tv says there is a problem. Not good when just put the box.

Try holding a pin in the reset hole for 30seconds

Sometimes the white light can fade and this is what turns into a orange colour.

I am going to to send you a PM, so we can take a look into this.
