Hub 3 not recognised by VM Connect App

Hi,

We received our new hub 3 and tried to install it as per the instructions however the app doesn't seem to be able to find it and the light on the bottom of the hub is orange rather than white. We have been able to connect phones and laptops to the Internet, so there is clearly some sort of connection, but it doesn't seem to be working as it should. We've tried re-setting the hub, and uninstalling and re-installing the app, but it does not seem to have made any difference.  Please can someone tell me how to fix it? Thanks!

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you've been having some issues with the connect app.

Has there been any change in this since your post on Monday?

Can you confirm if you've tested the app on a different device?
