Hub 3 keeps rebooting

Since Monday every morning the hub has been loosing connection and rebooting.   It can happen anything from 1 to 10 times.    Sometimes staying off for sometime.    

 

Im in cv22 area.  Your status check says no errors but my app says some issues?    

 

Please advise what’s going on?

log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labeled - upstream - downstream

if its an earlier hub button is top right

just what it says - type 192.168.0.1 into a browser and go from there

Ok do I need to do that when it reboots or now.   It was yesterday when it happened I posted and has done everyday from Monday.

Data set is incomplete post it all up - & the network logs for completion.

No it isnt - look again or scroll down the pages - you will have 24 downstream channels for starters and a table showing pre/post RS errors, Timeouts table, etc.  Just search the forum to find examples of full sets - see message 34...
