Hi, i received my hub 3 modem today and i've plugged the cable i got with it into the virgin media white box on the wall and ive plugged the broadband side into my modem. The internet is being found on devices but once connected it says no internet connection. The light on the Modem is a solid yellowy/orange colour. the modem is not hot or warm
