Hub 3 - Red light ON

The LED is constantly red as per your own website guidance that signals the modem is overheating.

Troubleshooting:

- Turned the hub off and on again, left it off overnight as well.

- Reset using the pinhole on the back of the hub.

- Hub does not feel overly hot but I have tried to move its location so its more out in open - no change

- This problem has been around for 4 weeks or over and my set up has not changed since it was was first installed.

Appreciate your help asap.
