Hub 3.0 reason for disconnect?

Hi

 

I'm new to Virgin media and all has been good-so two disconnects this morning, can anyone explain what these are?

 

 

 

 

Because, I'm hoping this isn't the start of something!!

Thanks for posting.

I've run a check on your connection and there are currently some issues showing with the hubs upstream and downstream power levels which could cause you some issues. We'll need to arrange an engineer visit to get them adjusted so I'll send you a PM (purple envelope, top right corner) to get this arranged.
