Just installed hub 3.0, but can’t get connected to the Internet. After running diagnostic tool it reports:Internet (Access denied)
Would really appreciate any help.
It may require activating:
0800 953 9500
Did you call the activation number as in the instructions?

The Installation guide mentioned 'Automatic activation' so didn't think I had to do anything else.
