I have the same issue the green arrows are flashing and got wifi but no internet. When I log in the Hub3.0 settings states that i have wireless but there is registration failure with the internet. Been on the phone with the support for 3 hours, they transferred me 4 times and every time the same questions on “what are the lights you see” Very disappointed. Got it installed today and I think about canceling it if they won’t fix it. If someone knows how to fix this please help me.

got the same problem, happened yesterday engineer booked in for this morning then got a text saying they found a fault in the area so engineer visit cancelled , then a text first thing this morning saying its fixed, worked for about 10 mins then back down again, called the helpline engineer now booked for tomorrow so another day at least without internet and working from home as well so not good as having to use mobile phone hotspot - same issue in this thread no internet registration

I have taken a look and I can see some FECS (noise) on the line, this can cause connection issues. I have popped this across to networks to investigate further and we will let you know once we know more.
