I ordered self-instalatiom kit for internet last week, delivery was supposed to be yesterday (31/01/2023). Still no information or delivery status.Thy sent me only Order reference and any other info like track number etc. I can't track it even in Virgin app. because still have no acc. number.
Please can anybody give an advise how can I truck my parcel or check with virgin when it will arrive? Thank you

Virgin use Yodel to deliver the equipment. Once it has been despatched there seems to be no way of tracking the parcel.

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
