I want to get VM Broadband but the checker is saying it's unavailable. Last year virgin, installed new lines down the entire road. My house is off of the main road down a very small lane. The Virgin infrastructure/ road installation guy said he installed a access point at the end of the lane so that we can easily have the Virgin installed.
The problem is I can't find any way to contact sales to let them know this. Since the postcode checker just tells me it's not available in my area and to register interest. The house right next to the lane entrance can get a 1GB line. I tried the web chat, but that thing is about as useful as a chocolate teapot.
Does anyone know a way I can get hold of someone in VM to discuss getting a line run to my house?

Sounds like the lane is a private road and not adopted by council or highways? That might be the reason as VM probably needs permission.....

And if it requires more than a few metres of digging, the cost will exceed the budget VM allows for an installation.
