Thank you for getting in touch about your query. However, as @Z92 advised, we are not sending out technicians for non-essential appointments at the moment. This is to keep our customers and staff safe in these uncertain times.
As more restrictions are lifted, the sooner we'll be able to decide if it's safe to carry out non essential works.
