How to book an engineer

Hi, I need to book an engineer to change our broadband entry point. Is there a number I can call? I have spent a lot of time on hold and trying to work through the menus!

Re: How to book an engineer

Non essential calls are not being done at the moment so even if you got through they wouldn't book you an engineer.

I'd wait until at least May 17th (possibly later) before these types of visits are allowed again.

Re: How to book an engineer

Hi @LoraS89,

Welcome to our Community Forum! Thank you for your first post.

Thank you for getting in touch about your query. However, as @Z92 advised, we are not sending out technicians for non-essential appointments at the moment. This is to keep our customers and staff safe in these uncertain times.

As more restrictions are lifted, the sooner we'll be able to decide if it's safe to carry out non essential works.

Apologies that we cannot have this organised for you now. Is there anything else we can do to help?

Thanks,
