Thank you for reaching out to us here on the forums.
To arrange a site survey you simply need to ask the booking agent to place one on your order. This means that we will send a technician to your property prior to an installation date to talk you through everything that needs to be done. If everything is to your satisfaction the installation will go ahead as planned as normal however if you are unhappy with anything and we can’t reach an agreement then we would simply cancel your order.
It looks like Christy may have already messaged you? If so this would be your best route as the team here can organise all of this for you.
