How to Reschedule a delivery of QuickStart self install pack?
Does anyone know how to reschedule a delivery date for a Quick Start self install pack? Over the past three days I've made numerous phone calls to different telephone numbers (all provided by VM "customer services") but have yet to find anyone who can assist. I was even told to contact Yodel myself but they couldn't help me without a tracking number. I've tried online webchat (waste of time) and also Twitter but they seem to be deaf as a post!!

Ha! FINALLY got through to someone who reckons they can help (rang 0800 0521734 but still had to be transferred to someone else!?). 50 minutes later, they say that they HAVE managed to bring the delivery date forward but as yet have received no confirmation of this (no email or SMS) so we'll see.
