Hi all, I have been a Virgin Media customer for 2 years and renewed my WiFi contract this week. I received the new Hub 5 in the post yesterday.
This is probably a silly question, but am I ok to set up the new hub now or do I need to wait a month until my old contract ends to enter into my new contract and set up my new hub?
I want to ensure I don't mess up my Wifi access by swapping out my hubs since I work from home and am super dependant on my WiFi!

Just swap the Hub over. The old Hub will not be able to be used shortly anyway. Once you get a replacement Hub, there is only a few days grace to get it swapped over AFAIK.
