Re: How do I get unsafe wires removed?

If any cabling belongs to VM, then it's up to them to get out an engineer to deal with it. Wait until a forum team member comes along to help sort this out.

Re: How do I get unsafe wires removed?

Thanks, I'm more than happy to leave it to Virgin. Do you know roughly how long it normally takes for staff to respond on the forum?

Re: How do I get unsafe wires removed?

honstly there is no elec run through virgin media wires they put that over the wire you can bury that wire its outside wire if there is no cuts in the wires then its fine then it will be marked as safe by virgin media staff on this fourm the last people had virgin media there been very lazy for not just taking up a few flags and bury it

Using VIVID 350 Optical Fibre, Fun TV, Talk Weekends

Re: How do I get unsafe wires removed?

The wires are only carrying low voltage, so electrically they are perfectly safe. Admittedly the installation is rather untidy
