How can I speak to someone about cabling our street?

Hi

I live in a cul de sac that was built after Virgin cabled all the surrounding area (in fact there’s Virgin street boxes right outside our road). 

I’ve checked the cable my street page and simply says I can’t get virgins services and to sign up for alerts. I’d like to actually be able to speak to someone regarding possibly extending service from the surrounding roads which all have Virgin, a few meters to our road as we have a number of people would love to sign up as service over openreach lines isn’t great.

is there anyway to actually talk to someone who can check the feasibility of doing this, rather than just continuing to check the Virgin site?
