Basically my landlord is the account holder for my Virgin BB and it's suddenly stopped working.
Without account login details is there any way I can tell in the router settings as to if it's been restricted for non payment? (he's going bankrupt so makes sense to not pay tenants BB i guess is my logic)
the hub will only show as access denied (this doesn't mean cut off due to none payment), permitted/locked etc, with bankrupt sometimes need to cut off all outgoings such as ISP, due to issue of data protection/GDPR doubt the forum staff would be able to tell you.
