I’m wondering how I can go about getting virgin at my property. My property is a new build semi detached bungalow (3 yrs old) with my direct adjoining neighbor having virgin services. Currently all my neighbors have access to virgin except us, we’re the only property on the the entire street and block that doesn’t, despite the fact that we do have direct access to the street (the same street our adjoining neighbors have access to). Is it possible to have an engineer come down and determine why our property isn’t able to get virgin? If so how do we go about requesting this? Every-time I call they just tell me that services aren’t available at my property.
