Hi there
I received my kit from Virgin who told me already a Virgin. Router in my new flat
….there isn’t
I’m self employed and I’ve already lost two days wages. I need someone to come out and fit one.
I’ve tried calling and chat
can you actually get any help from Virgin?? Do they offer any customer service ???
