Even though I disabled the firewall from settings, my connection is still under firewall, anybody knows how to face this issue?

Thanks

Use modem mode.

What is being blocked? Is web safe or child safe turned on?

There are 10 types of people: those who understand binary and those who don't and F people out of 10 who do not understand hexadecimal c1a2a285948293859940d9a49385a2

1 - Enabling modem mode allows you to connect your own WiFi kit to the Hub 3 or Hub 4

2 - It effectively becomes a stand-alone "DOCSIS3" cable mode

So then I have to be connected to the modem by cable, which is not convenient, am I correct?

what are you actually trying to achieve? what isn't working?

the firewall doesn't block any outbound traffic from your network, so it can't be that.

and since all of your devices sit on private address space they cannot be accessed from the internet without first configuring port forwarding on the hub...

But should I connect my machine by cable because a their issue, not able to disable a firewall properly?

Well it depends what it is that you are trying to access that the firewall is preventing you from accessing?

VM (as with other providers) will block some services and some websites and these blocks cannot be removed even if you use modem mode.
