I am wondering if anyone can help me.
I am in the process of buying a house which is an end of terrace on the corner of 2 roads. Both roads have Virgin cables and all the houses on both roads have access to Virgin Media (from what I can see online)
However the house in buying is not coming up and it says that Virgin will come back to me in 10 days to let me know what services I can get. I am yet to hear back.
Basically I want to know if there’s a chance my house can’t get virgin media? The adjoining terrace house which shares a wall with mine receives virgin media and the house I’m buying faces onto 2 roads both with the cable. My house was built more recently than the rest of the street so wondering if it is that?
any advise would be really appreciated, I don’t want to buy a house and be stuck with no fibre Internet options!
