Hi.
I am looking to switch to Virgin broadband but my house number is not showing on the availability checker. I love in a new build estate and the houses on either side are on there and also I have virgin media box outside and inside my home.
I have attempted to get this sorted via help but no one seems to be able to sort this.
Any help appreciated

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
