House number not listed. Neighbours are

Hi,

My house number is not listed but every other house number is on the postcode. This is a DB error as the CBT for the other houses is right outside our house and the ducts feed the other houses. This is a new PIA XGS-PON full fibre to the property that’s just gone live. All my other neighbours can order fibre and even the virgin door to door salespeople were baffled as to why it wasn’t appearing and said it will simply be a mistake. 

Please can I have a DM in order to get this rectified? Thanks

Sorry to hear that you have been having this issue, we would like to look into this further for you to see about getting more information as to why this is the case, for this I will need to confirm some information.
