House move to a new build

I called VM to arrange a house move from old address to a new build address and keep all existing services. They have arranged the disconnection but said VM is not in my estate. It is in the estate and my neighbour behind us has it installed. We get our keys tomorrow and are desperate to resolve this ASAP as we need to work from home. Tried several times, any help very much appreciated 👍
