My order and installation has been cancelled and my address has been marked as non serve. You have just installed new fibre cable in my street but a number of the houses in the street are now having problems with connecting. I have spoken to the contractors working on site and it appears the issue may be able to be resolved by allocating a different port rather than civils work. Please can you have a look into this as the whole street is keen to be able to get a connection to fibre
