Hello,
I’ve recently moved to a new place and trying to sort out the broadband. I’m stuck at where virgin media asks for post code to check service. Every address is being shown on my post code except mine. Can you please help me sort this out?

If you haven't already, You can register your interest here if you haven't already and we'll keep you up to date with our expansion work in your area. Alternatively, if other properties in the area have our services you can call the Sales Team on 0800 183 1234 who will be happy to look into this for you. If needed they can also arrange for a 'spotter' to come out to the location and check if it is serviceable.
