Home Kit not delivered

I placed my order on 30 January 2023 and was supposed to receive the home kit today 2 February 2023. I received no email about the kit being despatched or any updates. I don't have any account number as well so telephone call operator cannot help.

The same situation. Operator does not help absolutelly. For 40 min of our conversation she provided me 3 times another bundle with sim card BUT THEY CANT SAY ANYTHING about my kit wich shoud be arrived 31th of January.

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
