I’ve approved the pre contract documents and stuff but it hasn’t given me an account number or anything to log in to see my stuff and I’m really confused and don’t know what to do it’s my first time purchasing any type of broadband.

it’s given me a provisional installation date (I don’t know what this is and I don’t need an engineer) but I just wanted the quick setup box 

What do I do
