My broadband isn't working and after doing a test I get the message that it seems my equipment is switched off. Getting very frustrated now. Has anybody else encountered this problem?
am sure lots of people, worth checking for regional faults via -> https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/service-status if nothing showing could report fault by calling virginmedia via 150 / 0345 454 1111, would be a day or so for the forum staff to reply
