Help! No access after moving home, Covid 19

I moved house yesterday, and arranged with Virgin Media to bring the broadband to the new address. They booked in an engineer to come and install (even though it's already installed), but the engineer never turned up. So I plugged in the router and it wouldn't connect (it says "Internet: Access denied" on the router admin page). 

I logged into my Virgin media account this morning to find that it says "You're not with Virgin Media anymore".

Obviously due to Covid19 the virgin media call centres are all shut, so I can't speak to anyone to resolve this issue. Could anybody possibly help?

Send a text (SMS) to VM 07533 051809, stating the issue you have.

Running on 500Mb VM service with SH3 in Modem Mode, with a ASUS RT-AC5300 router. With this setup I get Fantastic WIRED and WIRELESS Signals in my home. I dont work for VM. But I work in IT, and I know my tech.
