Help! No Account Number or Contract Received

Hi

I placed an order on 23rd March and have still not received any information!

The confirmation email states I was supposed to receive a letter and contract through the post and I haven’t received anything. An engineer was supposed to install our broadband on 6th April and no one showed. I can’t contact anybody or get any help because I do not have an account number yet. I can not get any information as to whether I’m going to get my broadband or not?! 

Please Help....

Hi, same for me, first quick installation box should have been sent on 14th april, didnt receive nothing, only tjat they will contact me - didnt. Now should come on 23rd, but i dont give any hopes, since again nothing apart that they will contact me...

Hi,

I have Virgin media broadband but did not recieve the contract and dont have the account number so cannot register to  "myVirginmedia " .

Because of covid there is no phone contact, i cannot find any email to contact.. I am completely lost here.

Can some admin please help !!!!
