Help! New Customer Signup Process - Credit Check Section - Missing Address

Please assist.

Trying to sign up to Virgin Media due to a great special offer but when the choice to select my new address for the credit check section when it asks double confirm it's the right address it's missing from the flat selection whilst others in the flat complex do exist...

The flat hadn't been lived in for 8 months prior to my purchase.

How do I go about getting my flat on the list.
