Hi Can anyone advise how to sign the phone upgrade contract. I clicked on email link, checked the box that says agree to terms and conditions and then get to contract area which has a blank area for mys signature but no way of signing. Tried calling virgin twice and not any help at all.
Have you received an email titled "How to complete your new agreement with Virgin Media",open that up and within that you will have a link to "Pre-Contract Credit Information documents and Credit Agreement".
Once you click on the link, the security key will auto populate into the portal login screen. You will then be prompted for a 4 digit pin which is the last four digits of your bank account number. Once you have input this please tick the ‘I am not a Robot’ box and then you are into the CCA documentation.
Once you’ve read it and are happy with the terms, just tick that you have read the Terms and Conditions and then hit a ‘Click to Sign’ box – and that’s it, all done
