Help. Can’t sign contract

Hi Can anyone advise how to sign the phone upgrade contract. I clicked on email link, checked the box that says agree to terms and conditions and then get to contract area which has a blank area for mys signature but no way of signing. Tried calling virgin twice and not any help at all.

Hi Jenvive

 

Have you received an email titled "How to complete your new agreement with Virgin Media",open that up  and within that you will have a link to "Pre-Contract Credit Information documents and Credit Agreement". 

 

Once you click on the link, the security key will auto populate into the portal login screen. You will then be prompted for a 4 digit pin which is the last four digits of your bank account number. Once you have input this please tick the ‘I am not a Robot’ box and then you are into the CCA documentation.

 

Once you’ve read it and are happy with the terms, just tick that you have read the Terms and Conditions and then hit a ‘Click to Sign’ box – and that’s it, all done

I had an email from virgin to say i must sign the contract, clicked the sign button, went to docu sign and it says website not found, so how do i sign my contract?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with being able to sign the contract. I can appreciate you're keen to get this sorted. 

Have you attempted this again since posting? 

What device and web browser are you using to do this with?

I have the same problem, except there is no where to sign the contract, and multiple attempts to resend have failed, both on line and by phone.

Nowhere to click on original email. I have received another one that says I do not have to sign as I am already a customer.

We are also able to send a copy out by post 

It might also be worth checking we have one correct email address 

on your account. Just to be sure though.

I have the contract, and an email that said I did not have to sign it as I am already a member.
