Having to reboot router twice a day

Please help.  I have been working from home since March using my works VPN and only had this problem in the last 4/5 weeks.

I have called and spoken to VM on many occasions and an engineer has been out and said there is no issue.  I now have an ethernet cable instead of using wifi and am still having the same issued.

Where do I go from here?  Surely there is a fault if it keeps dropping now.

Re: Having to reboot router twice a day

why do you have to reboot - is the connection dropping

log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labelled - upstream - downstream

if its an earlier hub button is top right
