Havent recieved my welcome email

Hi, I ordered my new virgin media broadband package on the 27th January, to be set up via quick start on the 10th February. 

Since then though I've had no welcome email and no text confirming the collection date for the router. I'm getting very worried as it was only supposed to take 48 hours max. Can someone please help me and get this sorted ASAP?
